Partner and Co-Founder
Sanjeev Musalimadugu is a Partner and Co-Founder at Launch Point Partners with over 25 years of aerospace and defense business experience. He previously served as President of Whippany Actuation Systems and Vice-President of Sales & Marketing at Aerosonic, both TransDigm Group subsidiaries. His career also includes positions at Lockheed Martin, Pall Aerospace, and Everaxis. Sanjeev holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.

Philip Russo, CFA
Partner and Co-Founder
Philip Russo, CFA is a Partner and Co-Founder at Launch Point Partners with a decade of experience in M&A transactions, debt financings, and equity offerings across North American and European markets. Previously, he served as Vice President at Union Park Capital and principal at Hammock Park Capital. Philip began his career in investment banking at Stephens Inc. before joining Union Capital Associates. He holds a BS in Finance and Economics from Babson College and is a CFA® charterholder.

Craig Rowe
Partner
Craig Rowe is a Partner at Launch Point Partners and an experienced aerospace and defense executive with 18 years in the industry. He previously held leadership positions at TransDigm Group businesses including Skurka Aerospace, HarcoSemco, and Kirkhill, where he served as President, VP of Operations, and VP of Sales and Marketing. Craig also worked at Precision Castparts Corporation. He holds a BS in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from Georgia Tech and an MBA from UC Irvine.
